Walkerville's only 3km from the CBD but it feels like its own world when you pull up to a job. The streets around the Town Hall and down toward the Torrens are lined with mature eucalypts, and unlike the deciduous stuff you'd see interstate, those trees are dropping bark and leaves every single month. Any gutter work above 2m falls under AS/NZS 1891, so it's worth confirming whoever you hire is actually set up for that — not just leaning a ladder against a sandstone wall and hoping for the best.
