Unley's only 3km from the CBD but it feels like a different era when you pull up to a job. Most of the work here is on Federation and Edwardian villas — the kind with low-pitched roofs, wide eaves, and original box gutters that were never really designed for the volume of leaf matter these streets produce now. Modern infill homes around the Unley Oval precinct are a different situation — usually Colorbond, better fall on the gutters — but they're surrounded by the same established trees, so debris is still a constant.
